Vid 70 grader \u00e4r k\u00f6ttet rosa inuti, vid 75 grader helt genomstekt. 72 grader \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r n\u00e4stan genomstekt, men svagt rosa k\u00f6tt, som p\u00e5 bilden.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Klyftpotatis: F\u00f6rbered potatisen medan steken st\u00e5r i ugnen. Skala potatisen och sk\u00e4r varje potatis i fyra klyftor.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Koka dem cirka 5 minuter, h\u00e4ll av vattnet och \u00e5nga klyftorna torra i kastrullen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">8<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Pensla en stor l\u00e5ngpanna med olja eller sm\u00f6r. H\u00e4ll ut potatisen i ett lager i pannan. Spara skyn som bildats i formen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">10<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                S\u00e4tt potatisen i ugnen och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 cirka 25 minuter. Blanda alla ingredienser utom redningen i en kastrull och tills\u00e4tt avrunnen sky fr\u00e5n fatet med k\u00f6ttet.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">16<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Koka upp och l\u00e5t det hela sjuda n\u00e5gra minuter. Sila av l\u00f6ken. Red av s\u00e5sen strax innan det \u00e4r dags att \u00e4ta.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">17<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Ljummen sallad: Skiva tomaterna.
