Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och spenathack l\u00e4tt i sm\u00f6ret, krydda med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t svalna och blanda sedan med f\u00e4rskosten. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll de sparade spenatbladen och kyl dem i kallt vatten. Fyll spenatbladen med ostmassan och forma sm\u00e5 dolmar. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ugnss\u00e4kert fat och droppa \u00f6ver lite olja. V\u00e4rm i ugn eller mikro. Servera fisken med spenatknyten, en god vitvinss\u00e5s med basilika samt ugnsbakade tomathalvor med tunna vitl\u00f6ksskivor, vin\u00e4ger, olja, lite socker samt salt och peppar.\n
