K\u00e4rna ur och t\u00e4rna paprikan. L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna i grytan och l\u00e5t dem puttra n\u00e5gra minuter. Tills\u00e4tt vatten, buljongt\u00e4rning och salt, l\u00e5t koka upp. Blanda vetemj\u00f6let i cr?me fra&#8221;che och r\u00f6r ner det i grytan tillsammans med limesaft. L\u00e5t koka upp. Smaka av och tills\u00e4tt eventuellt mer pepparfrukt.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Sk\u00e4r halvtinad sej i stora t\u00e4rningar och tills\u00e4tt dem. L\u00e5t dem koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme cirka 3 minuter. L\u00e4gg sedan i de frysta sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9erna och sjud ytterligare knappt 5 minuter eller tills fisken precis blivit klar. \u00d6s g\u00e4rna lite av spadet \u00f6ver fisken om det inte riktigt t\u00e4cker. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 lite som m\u00f6jligt s\u00e5 att inte fisken g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tv\u00e4tta citrusfrukterna och finriv skalet fr\u00e5n dem.
