Str\u00f6 lite salt p\u00e5 skivorna och l\u00e4gg dem \u00e5t sidan en stund. Torka sedan av dem och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rst i uppvispat \u00e4gg, sedan i en blandning av str\u00f6br\u00f6d och sesamfr\u00f6n. Stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i olivolja, n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 varje sida.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Spola hirskornen i kallt vatten och koka dem sedan i vattnet 20-25 minuter. Skiva purjol\u00f6ken och chilipepparn tunt. Fr\u00e4s dem l\u00e4tt i lite olja och tills\u00e4tt en pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta samt tomaten skuren i t\u00e4rningar. Hetta upp allt och blanda med hirset. Smaka av med \u00f6rtsalt och servera till aubergineskivorna.
