Gnid in den med peppar och krossade enb\u00e4r. Bryn den runtom i het stekpanna. S\u00e4tt in en k\u00f6ttermometer i den tjockaste delen, se till att hela termometerr\u00f6ret \u00e4r instucket i sadeln. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 tills den n\u00e5r en innertemperatur p\u00e5 ca 60 grader. Ta ut och linda in den i sm\u00f6rg\u00e5spapper. L\u00e5t ligga i 10-15 minuter innan du b\u00f6rjar sk\u00e4ra upp k\u00f6ttet.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Under tiden som hjorten och potatiskakan \u00e4r i ugnen g\u00f6r du s\u00e5sen. L\u00e4gg n\u00e5gra k\u00f6ttskivor p\u00e5 en spegel av s\u00e5sen med en klick gel\u00e9 och en bit potatiskaka bredvid.
