Fritera 4 kuddar i s\u00e4nder gyllene, det tar ett par minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. Ta upp med h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 flerdubbelt k\u00f6kspapper. Den blir dock b\u00e4ttre ugnsgr\u00e4ddad, 10-15 minuter i 225-gradig ugn (sm\u00f6rdegen suger n\u00e4mligen i sig mycket olja).
