L\u00e5t bladen f\u00e5 ett snabbt uppkok och sedan sjuda ett par minuter. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och l\u00e4gg k\u00e5lbladen i kallt vatten s\u00e5 att de blir kylda. Tills\u00e4tt salt, peppar, potatismj\u00f6l och \u00e4gg. T\u00e4ck med k\u00e5lblad och vik \u00f6ver plastfolien till ett t\u00e4tt &#8220;lock&#8221;. S\u00e4tt kopparna i vattenbad p\u00e5 spisen, i en l\u00e5g vid panna med kokande vatten, och sjud lax- och hummerf\u00e4rsen 15-20 minuter. Alternativt kan den sjudas i vattenbad i 175 grader varm ugn cirka 30 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e5t laxf\u00e4rserna svalna, vik undan plastfolien, klipp bort \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt k\u00e5lblad och stj\u00e4lp sedan f\u00f6rsiktig upp f\u00e4rserna p\u00e5 varsin tallrik.
