Ta upp laxen med h\u00e5lslev och h\u00e5ll den varm s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                S\u00e5s: H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dden i en kastrull och r\u00f6r i saffran. Koka ihop saffransgr\u00e4dden till h\u00e4lften. L\u00e5t gr\u00f6nsakerna rinna av v\u00e4l och l\u00e4gg upp dem i mitten p\u00e5 ett stort varmt fat. H\u00e4ll saffranss\u00e5sen runt om och l\u00e4gg laxt\u00e4rningarna p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsaksb\u00e4dden. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken. Skeda ut laxrommen bland lax och gr\u00f6nt. en aromatisk blandning som anv\u00e4nds n\u00e4r fisk, k\u00f6tt eller gr\u00f6nsaker bara ska sjudas eller kokas helt l\u00e4tt.<br \/>\nEn bouquet garni, en kryddbukett, blir det med kvistar av f\u00e4rsk timjan och persilja, ett lagerblad och en bit av det gr\u00f6na fr\u00e5n en purjol\u00f6k som tillsammans binds ihop till en bukett.\n
