Koka ihop ingredienserna till skyn tills det \u00e5terst\u00e5r cirka 1dl. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och vispa ner 100 g sm\u00f6r i omg\u00e5ngar. Krydda. H\u00e5ll skyn varm. L\u00e4gg i sm\u00f6ret och r\u00f6r om till en grov pur\u00e9. Sp\u00e4d med den sparade buljongen till lagom konsistens.
