T\u00e4rna kalkonen i cirka 2 centimeter stora kuber, tr\u00e4 upp dem p\u00e5 4 rej\u00e4la tr\u00e4spett. Vi anv\u00e4nde oss av \u00e4tpinnar. Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden ordentligt. Bryn spetten i olja i stekpanna och pensla ett par g\u00e5nger med sojas\u00e5s. L\u00e4gg dem \u00e5t sidan. Skala och sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i kvartar. Sk\u00f6lj, k\u00e4rna ur och sk\u00e4r paprikan i bitar. Skala och strimla mor\u00f6tterna. H\u00e4ll olivoljan i en l\u00e5ngpanna och l\u00e4gg alla gr\u00f6nsakerna i l\u00e5ngpannan, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver timjan, salt och den finhackade vitl\u00f6ksklyftan. Ugnsbaka gr\u00f6nsakerna i  50-60 minuter. N\u00e4r det \u00e5terst\u00e5r cirka 10 minuter, l\u00e4gg spetten i ett h\u00f6rn av l\u00e5ngpannan och grilla resterande tid. Pensla spetten med marinaden ett par g\u00e5nger under tiden. OBS! Grillspett eller \u00e4tpinnar av tr\u00e4 ska l\u00e4ggas i bl\u00f6t n\u00e5gra timmar innan de anv\u00e4nds, s\u00e5 att de inte b\u00f6rjar brinna.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div
