Knip av benen med en t\u00e5ng om de \u00e4r otympligt l\u00e5nga. L\u00e4gg timjanskvistarna tillsammans med tunt skivad vitl\u00f6k eller schalottenl\u00f6k och olja i en sk\u00e5l. Hacka och tills\u00e4tt tomaterna. Fr\u00e4s tills tomaterna sjunker ihop. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin, vatten och fond. Koka tills v\u00e4tskan b\u00f6rjar bli simmig. Anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna stekpanna som ger stor yta. D\u00e5 kokar v\u00e4tskan ihop p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 5 minuter. Sila och smaka av med salt och socker.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                &lt;b&gt;Potatisen:&lt;\/b&gt; Skala och skiva potatisarna. K\u00e4rna ur tomaterna och strimla tomatk\u00f6ttet. Skala och klyv r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. Strimla den tv\u00e4rs\u00f6ver. Blanda potatis, tomater, l\u00f6k och oliver i en smord ugnss\u00e4ker form. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 salt och peppar och stick ner timjankvisten. Droppa oljan \u00f6ver. Ta kotletterna ur sk\u00e5len och l\u00e4gg dem i pannan. L\u00f6kskivor och timjanskvistar f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna f\u00f6lja med. Stek kotletterna 1 minut p\u00e5 varje sida tills de n\u00e4tt och j\u00e4mnt f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett ugnss\u00e4kert fat och efterstek 3-5 minuter i ugnen sedan potatisen tagits ut. Stektiden beror p\u00e5 hur tjocka kotletterna skurits. Kotletterna kan annars grillas p\u00e5 en alfoliekl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t h\u00f6gt uppe under ugnens grillelement p\u00e5 full styrka.
