St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Fr\u00e4s sm\u00f6ret tillsammans med lite f\u00e4rskmalen vitpeppar i en kastrull. Str\u00f6 i mj\u00f6let och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa ihop. Ta upp l\u00f6ken och tills\u00e4tt den kokta mj\u00f6lken till mj\u00f6lfr\u00e4set, lite i taget. Var noga med att vispa hela tiden. L\u00e4gg i buljongt\u00e4rningen och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i 5-8 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar. R\u00f6r ner parmesanosten och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen vila 10 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Pesto: K\u00f6r f\u00f6rst vitl\u00f6k, pinjen\u00f6tter, ostrivet, salt och peppar i en mixer eller matberedare. L\u00e4gg sedan i basilikabladen och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan i en fin str\u00e5le under fortsatt mixning tills du f\u00e5r en j\u00e4mn och sl\u00e4t s\u00e5s. F\u00f6rkoka plattorna om de \u00e4r f\u00e4rska, annars g\u00e5r de bra att anv\u00e4nda direkt. Blanda pesto och ricotta i en sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt och peppar. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. B\u00f6rja med att t\u00e4cka botten av en ugnsfast form med b\u00e9chamels\u00e5s, t\u00e4ck den med lasagneplattor. H\u00e4ll lite pestoblandning \u00f6ver dem och ett lager tunt skivad mozzarella. T\u00e4ck med lasagneplattor. Forts\u00e4tt sedan att varva b\u00e9chamel, pesto, mozzarella och pastaplattor hela v\u00e4gen upp till formens kant. St\u00e4ll in lasagnen i ugnen tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg, tar cirka 30 minuter. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite parmesanost n\u00e4r du tagit ut den ur ugnen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"comment\">\n            <b>Kommentar:<\/b> <br \/>\n              Tips! Du kan ocks\u00e5 be att f\u00e5 k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig pastadeg i en pastabutik.
