D\u00e4remot grova. Det g\u00f6r du l\u00e4ttast genom att dra av skalet nerifr\u00e5n med en vass kniv. L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna rabarberskalet koka med i kr\u00e4m eftersom de flesta f\u00e4rg\u00e4mnen sitter d\u00e4r. Utan skal blir kr\u00e4men g\u00e4rna lite gr\u00e5gr\u00f6n. Ett annat fiffigt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 kr\u00e4men \u00e4r att l\u00e4gga med n\u00e5gra jordgubbar.
