Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken med lite av sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull utan att den f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg musslorna i kastrullen och tills\u00e4tt vinet. Koka musslorna under lock cirka 10 minuter eller tills musslorna har \u00f6ppnat sig. Lyft upp musslorna ur kastrullen och pilla ut musslorna ur skalen. Spara n\u00e5gra av de finaste till garnering.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                2. Koka upp en kastrull med l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. Doppa spenaten hastigt i det kokande vattnet. L\u00e4gg musslorna, musselspadet, gr\u00e4dde och spenat i en mixer och mixa till sl\u00e4t konsistens. Koka pastan enligt f\u00f6rpackningen. L\u00e5t mor\u00f6tterna och purjol\u00f6ken koka med de sista 20 sekunderna. Koka upp s\u00e5sen precis f\u00f6re servering och vispa ner sm\u00f6ret lite i taget. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
