Vispa gr\u00e4dden, smaks\u00e4tt med vaniljsocker. R\u00f6r ner den i gr\u00e4ddkr\u00e4men. L\u00e4gg ihop bottnarna tv\u00e5 och tv\u00e5 med sylt och lite gr\u00e4ddkr\u00e4m mellan. Tryck till. Bred gr\u00e4ddkr\u00e4m runt om och ovanp\u00e5 bakelserna. Kl\u00e4 dem med marsipanremsa runt om, stansa ut lock och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5.
