L\u00e5t sockerlagen kallna. K\u00f6r melonen i bitar &#8211; utan skal och k\u00e4rnor &#8211; i matberedare eller mixer till pur\u00e9. Blanda den med sockerlagen i en sk\u00e5l. St\u00e4ll den i frysen att stelna. R\u00f6r om ofta under infrysningen s\u00e5 att det inte blir ispiggar i massan. Eller frys till sorbet i glassmaskin.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                R\u00f6r den frysta sorbeten med elvisp eller f\u00f6r hand s\u00e5 att den blir hanterlig. Forma r\u00e4tt stora sorbetkulor och frys in dem. Sedan \u00e4r det bara att ta fram och l\u00e4gga upp sorbeten p\u00e5 mandelbottnarna 5-10 minuter f\u00f6re servering.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Mandelbottnar: Riv mandelmassan grovt och blanda den med vitan i en kastrull. V\u00e4rm p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning tills massan blir smidig. Bred ut 6 rundlar, cirka 8 cm i diameter, p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t. Gr\u00e4dda i 275 grader cirka 3 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler.
