Dela dem i fyra delar och koka i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten i 30-40 minuter. Fr\u00e4s mycket kort, ca 15-20 sekunder. Blanda i vitl\u00f6ken,  r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken, citrusjuicen, tomaterna, kron\u00e4rtskockorna och mandlarna. Smaka av med svartpeppar och eventuellt mer salt.
