Stek i nedre delen av ugnen, 125 grader tills termometern visar 60 grader. Det tar cirka 3 timmar. (Cirka en timme fortare g\u00e5r det om du v\u00e4ljer ugnstemperaturen 175 grader, men k\u00f6ttet blir inte lika mj\u00e4llt.)\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Ta ut och l\u00e5t steken stadga sig under aluminiumfolie cirka 10 minuter, innan du klipper bort sn\u00f6rena och sk\u00e4r upp k\u00f6ttet i tunna skivor.
