Snitten blir snyggast om kniven torkas ren mellan varje sk\u00e4r. Grova skalstrimlor av apelsin sk\u00e4r man med ett ciseleringsj\u00e4rn. Eller skala apelsinen tunt med potatisskalare, undvik den vita hinnan.
