Koka upp under omr\u00f6rning. Vispa \u00e4ggulorna med sockret i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll den heta gr\u00e4dden \u00f6ver dem medan du vispar. H\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen och sjud under omr\u00f6rning tills kr\u00e4men tjocknar, \u00e4gggulorna f\u00e5r inte koka. R\u00f6r i rivet limeskal.
