J\u00e4s dem i 10 minuter. Pensla med \u00e4gg och bestr\u00f6 dem med vallmofr\u00f6n och flingsalt. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6den i 15 minuter p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t, helst i \u00e5nga (en sk\u00e5l med vatten till exempel) och d\u00e4refter i ytterligare 15 minuter p\u00e5 gallret i 150 graders
