Hetta upp en stekpanna och fr\u00e4s aubergine, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k med olivoljan utan att det f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg auberginer\u00f6ran i mixer och tills\u00e4tt osten. Blanda v\u00e4l i mixern.
