Hetta upp en kastrull med olivolja och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, paprika, vitl\u00f6k och rosmarin utan att det f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater, limesaft, chili. Hetta upp en grillpanna eller en stekpanna. Grillas cirka 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 vardera sidan, se upp s\u00e5 den inte grillas f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge och blir torr. Pensla squashen med den \u00f6verblivna marinaden och grilla \u00e4ven dem i grillpannan.
