K\u00f6r soppan i mixer tills den blir helt sl\u00e4t. Skala och sk\u00e4r de \u00f6verblivna palsternackorna till l\u00e5nga stavar. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett ugnsfast fat. Droppa \u00f6ver olivolja.
