L\u00e5t det rinna av och svalna p\u00e5 ett hush\u00e5llspapper. Blanda str\u00f6br\u00f6d och mj\u00f6lk och l\u00e5t det sv\u00e4lla i 5 minuter. R\u00e5riv l\u00f6ken. Arbeta samman n\u00f6tf\u00e4rsen med bacon, det sv\u00e4llda str\u00f6br\u00f6det, l\u00f6k, \u00e4gg, salt och peppar till en j\u00e4mn smet. Forma fina biffar och stek p\u00e5 medelstark v\u00e4rme cirka 6 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                S\u00e5sen: Hacka schalottenl\u00f6karna och fr\u00e4s dem i lite mat-olja utan att de tar f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt vatten, fond och gr\u00e4dde, koka ihop i cirka 5 minuter. Red av med maizenaredning. Vispa i senapen och smaka av med salt och peppar. Klart!
