H\u00e4ll i vetemj\u00f6let tillsammans med grahamsmj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r om. Arbeta degen l\u00e4nge med en handmixer med degkrokar eller i assistenten. Arbeta inte degen en andra g\u00e5ng, sk\u00e4r den bara med vass kniv i tre delar. Snurra varje del till en smal l\u00e4ngd i rikligt med mj\u00f6l och l\u00e4gg l\u00e4ngderna i bredd p\u00e5 papprad bakpl\u00e5t. Genom att inte trycka ihop degen och arbeta den en andra g\u00e5ng bevaras de stora luftbubblorna i br\u00f6det. D\u00e5 s\u00e4tts ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader och br\u00f6den bakas i ytterligare 10 minuter. Spraya vatten rakt in i ugnen med en sprayflaska n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger under gr\u00e4ddningen. D\u00e5 bildas \u00e5nga och du f\u00e5r br\u00f6d med skorpa.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e5t br\u00f6den kallna p\u00e5 galler utan bakduk, f\u00f6r att bevara skorpan.\n
