Gr\u00e4ddningen \u00f6kas d\u00e5 p\u00e5 till cirka 1 timme och 10 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"comment\">\n            <b>Kommentar:<\/b> <br \/>\n              Br\u00f6det med r\u00e5gsikt bakas av morfar Rolf i V\u00e4rnamo och kallas d\u00e4rf\u00f6r Morfars br\u00f6d. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttbakat eftersom det g\u00f6rs med torrj\u00e4st, bakas ut till en j\u00e4ttekaka och bara j\u00e4ser en g\u00e5ng, p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten.<br \/>\nI det h\u00e4r receptet var jag tvungen att byta ut vissa ingredienser som vi i Sverige tar f\u00f6r givna.<br \/>\nR\u00e5gsikten ersattes med 1 liter vetemj\u00f6l och 7 dl finmalet r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l. Den m\u00f6rka sirapen byttes ut mot melass, som har samma konsistens och f\u00e4rg men lite starkare smak. Br\u00f6dkryddorna, anis och f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, var jag tvungen att k\u00f6pa hela, st\u00f6ta sj\u00e4lv och sikta genom en tesil. Dessutom anv\u00e4nds amerikansk torrj\u00e4st p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som f\u00e4rsk j\u00e4st i Sverige, annars l\u00f6ses den inte upp ordentligt. S\u00e5dana l\u00e4xor l\u00e4r man sig f\u00f6rst\u00e5s den h\u00e5rda v\u00e4gen om man omplanteras i ett nytt land.<br \/>\nMen h\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet s\u00e5 som det bakas i Sverige.\n
