H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten, kalvfond, soja och r\u00f6dvin. Koka ihop tills cirka 2 dl \u00e5terst\u00e5r. V\u00e4nd ner plommontomatt\u00e4rningarna, vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret och persiljan. Halstra musslorna hastigt p\u00e5 varje sida. L\u00e4gg upp terrinen med cocktailtomat p\u00e5, pilgrimsmusslorna i rad och fr\u00e4set till. Salta och vitpeppra.
