Stek rotfrukterna i sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i cirka 10 minuter eller lite l\u00e4ngre om du vill ha dem helt mjuka. L\u00e4gg i purjol\u00f6ken mot slutet.
