H\u00e4ll i lite kakao i taget och vispa tills det blir en j\u00e4mn smet. L\u00e5t blandningen koka ihop p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i 30 minuter tills det f\u00e5r en sirapskonsistens. Hacka chokladen. H\u00e4ll i h\u00e4lften av sirapen och vispa tills all choklad har sm\u00e4lt. Tills\u00e4tt resten av sirapen. Forts\u00e4tt vispa tills alla klumpar f\u00f6rsvunnit. L\u00e5t smeten svalna. Nu \u00e4r smeten ganska tr\u00f6g, men innan det kan bli sorbet ska det vispas ner 3 dl vatten, lite i taget g\u00f6r det enklare. T\u00e4ck blandningen med plastfolie och st\u00e4ll den kallt i fyra timmar. D\u00e5 hinner smakerna mogna och sorbeten kommer att smaka mer. K\u00f6r smeten i en glassmaskin enligt maskinens bruksanvisning.
