Det tar lite tid innan det kommer i g\u00e5ng. R\u00f6r om emellan\u00e5t med tr\u00e4gaffel. (Akta! Man br\u00e4nner sig som sjutton p\u00e5 hett socker. Sj\u00e4lv brukar jag ha diskhandskar p\u00e5 &#8211; f\u00f6r att man kan ta dem av sig illa snabbt n\u00e4r det br\u00e4nns.) Sockret ska bli j\u00e4mnt sm\u00e4lt utan klumpar, och gyllenbrunt. Inte m\u00f6rkare, det smakar beskt. Ta ut portionsformarna och h\u00e4ll ett par matskedar sm\u00e4lt socker i en form i s\u00e4nder. Vippa runt formen (grytlapp!) s\u00e5 sockret f\u00f6rdelar sig j\u00e4mnt p\u00e5 botten och lite upp p\u00e5 kanten. Bottna alla formarna med socker. H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6lken i samma stekpanna och l\u00e5t den koka upp under omr\u00f6rning. Dra fr\u00e5n plattan.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Skala och finriv ingef\u00e4rsroten.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa \u00e4ggen l\u00e4tt med vanlig bordsgaffel i en bunke. F\u00f6rdela smeten i de grundsockrade formarna och st\u00e4ll i l\u00e5ngpannan i ugnen. H\u00e4ll kokande vatten i l\u00e5ngpannan och st\u00e4ng luckan. Det tar cirka 30 minuter innan portionerna stelnat. Prova med kniv i en puddingmitt.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Lyft formarna f\u00f6rsiktigt ur l\u00e5ngpannan och l\u00e5t svalna. Ibland beh\u00f6vs ett litet extra tryck med kniven fr\u00e5n kant och botten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 l\u00e4ckerbiten att sl\u00e4ppa taget.\n
