Skala och sk\u00e4r potatisen i tunna klyftor. Blanda potatisen med sesamfr\u00f6n, olja och salt p\u00e5 en bakpapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tillaga mitt i ugnen i 250 grader, cirka 20 minuter. Spola hastigt av b\u00f6norna med kallt vatten och l\u00e5t rinna av. Blanda b\u00f6norna med potatisen och tilllaga ytterligare cirka 5 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Hacka koriandern. Blanda f\u00e4rsen med koriander, \u00e4gg, vatten, salt och peppar. Dela f\u00e4rsen i 12 bitar och forma till sm\u00e5 j\u00e4rpar som l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 vattensk\u00f6ljd sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Hetta upp matfettet i en stekpanna. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r ljusgult och har slutat skumma l\u00e4ggs j\u00e4rparna i och f\u00e5r steka runt om cirka 10 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Servera j\u00e4rparna med sesampotatisen, matyoghurt smaksatt med mango chutney och strimlad sallad.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"comment\">\n            <b>Kommentar:<\/b> <br \/>\n              Koriander \u00e4r \u00e4ven den en gammal medicinalv\u00e4xt och man tror att den odlats i \u00e5tminstone 3 500 \u00e5r.
