L\u00e4gg den i en sopptallrik med kant och placera tallriken \u00f6ver en liten kastrull med kokande vatten. Efter n\u00e5gra minuter har chokladen sm\u00e4lt. Eller sm\u00e4lt chokladen i mikrov\u00e5gsugn 1\u20131 1\/2 minut utan lock.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa gr\u00e4dden, men vispa den inte h\u00e5rt (f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir den f\u00e4rdiga moussen grynig). Lyft bort chokladtallriken fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner en \u00e4ggula i taget.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Ta undan lite av den vispade gr\u00e4dden (i en tekopp f\u00f6rslagsvis). V\u00e4nd med en slickepott ner den gr\u00e4dden i chokladsmeten, inte tv\u00e4rtom. Blanda v\u00e4l. V\u00e4nd sedan ner chokladblandningen i resten av gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r om med luftiga tag.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinet genom att rulla ihop gelatinbladet till en smal rulle och st\u00e4lla denna i ett stort glas med kallt vatten. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 5 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa gr\u00e4dden men vispa inte h\u00e5rt, den ska fortfarande vara n\u00e4stan lite rinnig.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Hacka chokladen i sm\u00e5bitar och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en ugnss\u00e4ker tallrik. L\u00e4gg bitarna i en sopptallrik med breda kanter och placera tallriken \u00f6ver en liten kastrull med en aning kokande vatten. Efter n\u00e5gra minuter har chokladen sm\u00e4lt.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Lyft upp gelatinbladet och l\u00e4gg ner det i den varma chokladen. Lyft \u00e5t sidan och r\u00f6r om lite s\u00e5 att gelatinet sm\u00e4lter. V\u00e4nd sedan med slickepott ner lite av den vispade gr\u00e4dden, n\u00e5gra matskedar i taget (sammanlagt 1\u20131 1\/2 deciliter), i chokladen och r\u00f6r om med slickepotten tills det blir sl\u00e4tt. H\u00e4ll sist ner blandningen i sk\u00e5len med den vispade gr\u00e4dden. R\u00f6r det hela sl\u00e4tt.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"comment\">\n            <b>Kommentar:<\/b> <br \/>\n              Vi g\u00f6r ibland varvad chokladmousse med ett lager m\u00f6rk och ett lager vit chokladmousse i portionsglas. B\u00f6rja med den m\u00f6rka moussen, lagad efter receptet h\u00e4r intill, och l\u00e4gg den nederst i glasen och l\u00e5t den stelna i kylsk\u00e5p.
