L\u00e4gg skivorna i lager i ett durkslag med lite salt mellan varje lager. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en tallrik. St\u00e4ll p\u00e5 n\u00e5got tungt som till exwmpel en kastrull eller en mortel och st\u00e4ll en djup tallrik under durkslaget. L\u00e5t auberginen st\u00e5 och rinna av i minst 1 timme.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tomats\u00e5sen:\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken i sm\u00e5 bitar. H\u00e4ll lite olivolja i en kastrull och s\u00e4tt den p\u00e5 medelstark v\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg i den hackade l\u00f6ken och stek den tills den \u00e4r mjuk och genomskinlig. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomaterna, salt och socker och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen st\u00e5 och bubbla i ungef\u00e4r 15\u201320 minuter. St\u00e4ll av den fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Mixa den sl\u00e4t med en stavmixer n\u00e4r den svalnat. N\u00e4r auberginen \u00e4r klar. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 180 grader. Sk\u00f6lj av saltet fr\u00e5n aubergineskivorna och torka av dem med hush\u00e5llspapper.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e4gg dem t\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Ringla eller pensla \u00f6ver olivolja. S\u00e4tt in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen i 10 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                H\u00f6j ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 225 grader.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                H\u00e4ll lite av tomats\u00e5sen i botten av en pajform. L\u00e4gg sedan resten av ingredienserna i lager. B\u00f6rja med auberginskivorna. Sedan mozzarella, lite tomats\u00e5s, br\u00f6dsmulor och sist parmesan. B\u00f6rja om igen med aubergin. Avsluta med tomats\u00e5s, lite br\u00f6dsmulor och parmesan.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                S\u00e4tt in formen i ugnen i 15-20 minuter. L\u00e5t den svalna lite innan du serverar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"comment\">\n            <b>Kommentar:<\/b> <br \/>\n              Den h\u00e4r aubergingrat\u00e4ngen blir faktiskt extra god om man g\u00f6r den helt f\u00e4rdig dagen innan och l\u00e5ter den st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten.
