Sl\u00e5 den heta soppan \u00f6ver rabarbern, smaka av med socker. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det viktigt att smaka av noga med sockret, eftersom saften kan vara olika s\u00f6tad och rabarberns syra varierar. Smaka av b\u00e5de f\u00f6re och efter att den \u00e4r avsvalnad. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 att det sm\u00e4lter. L\u00e5t soppan svalna. St\u00e4ll den kallt ett par timmar s\u00e5 att den f\u00e5r dra till sig smaker och rabarbern blir mjuk. Skiva jordgubbarna och tills\u00e4tt dem. Vill du ha soppan extra kall, l\u00e4gg i isbitar.
