Fr\u00e4s med l\u00f6ken sista halvminuten. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 konjaken i varm panna. Tutta p\u00e5 sprit\u00e5ngorna och l\u00e5t det brinna ut eller kv\u00e4v elden efter 10\u201315 sekunder. Lyft upp biffarna. Vispa i vatten, fond, soja och gr\u00e4dde i pannan. L\u00e5t koka ihop under ett par minuter, tills\u00e4tt \u00f6rter och salt. L\u00e4gg tillbaka biffarna.
