R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggen ett och ett i den avsvalnade smeten. Sikta sedan i mj\u00f6let. Kyl ner smeten i 1 timme innan den ska gr\u00e4ddas.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                G\u00f6r hallonkompotten n\u00e4r smeten st\u00e5r i kylen. Koka ihop socker och vatten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver hallonen. L\u00e5t detta st\u00e5 i cirka 30 minuter i kylsk\u00e5p innan du blandar ihop det med en gaffel. Sila sedan bort en del av v\u00e4tskan s\u00e5 det blir lite tjockare. H\u00e4r kan man v\u00e4lja lite sj\u00e4lv om det ska bli hallons\u00e5s eller en fastare kompott.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Pensla formarna med sm\u00f6r och &#8220;br\u00f6a&#8221; med r\u00e5socker. Fyll formarna med 1 dl smet och gr\u00e4dda cirka 10 minuter tills smeten har stelnat p\u00e5 ytan. Lossa lite med en kniv runt kanten innan de stj\u00e4lps upp p\u00e5 assietter.
