H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde och rivet skal och saft av citron, dra \u00e5t sidan. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 fisken och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver vinet. Salta och peppra v\u00e4l.
