F\u00f6r att n\u00e4mna n\u00e5gra. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Vilka \u00e4r de vanligaste felen m\u00e4nniskor g\u00f6r n\u00e4r det kommer till andning?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u2002Man beh\u00f6ver minska p\u00e5 kroppens sp\u00e4ndhet genom att str\u00e4cka p\u00e5 ryggen, g\u00f6ra mjuka ryggradsrotationer och f\u00e4lla fram och bak kroppen samt ta sk\u00f6na promenader. Dels handlar det om att hitta utrymme varje dag d\u00e4r man kan f\u00e5r vara lite fri. Kanske dansa lite och lyssna p\u00e5 sk\u00f6n musik. Men mest bara vara.
