F\u00f6r att fler ska kunna g\u00f6ra de b\u00e4sta och mest h\u00e4lsosamma valen best\u00e4mde sig Mai-Lis Hell\u00e9nius f\u00f6r att sammanst\u00e4lla den senaste forskningen p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det tillsammans med l\u00e4karkollegan Tommy Cederholm. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det finns s\u00e5 oerh\u00f6rt mycket h\u00e4lsa kvar att vinna och gruppen 50+ v\u00e4xer och den \u00e4r vetgirig. Vi m\u00f6ts i dag av m\u00e5nga olika budskap. Om man inte vet vad som \u00e4r en h\u00e4lsosam livsstil \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att g\u00f6ra de b\u00e4sta och h\u00e4lsosammaste valen. Vi vill ber\u00e4tta om vad den samlade forskningen s\u00e4ger och \u00e4ven ge praktiska r\u00e5d, s\u00e4ger hon.<\/p>\n<p>Under arbetet med boken slogs Mai-Lis \u00e4n en g\u00e5ng av hur mycket b\u00e4ttre vi skulle kunna m\u00e5 b\u00e5de h\u00e4r och nu och i framtiden. Vi lever visserligen allt l\u00e4ngre i Sverige, men vi har tappat den t\u00e4tposition i v\u00e4rlden som vi en g\u00e5ng hade, ber\u00e4ttar hon.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Svenska kvinnor har halkat ner till 14:e plats vad g\u00e4ller livsl\u00e4ngd. Andra l\u00e4nder har haft en \u00e4nnu gynnsammare utveckling. <\/p>\n<p>Kort och gott \u00e4r budskapet i boken att allt h\u00e4nger ihop: maten, r\u00f6relsen, stressen, s\u00f6mnen, och ekonomin! Det finns ett s\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta och ett s\u00e4tt att vara fysiskt aktiv p\u00e5 som \u00e4r det allra b\u00e4sta f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan. B\u00e5de den fysiska och psykiska. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Men vi befinner oss tyv\u00e4rr ganska l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n det, 97% av svenskarna r\u00f6r sig f\u00f6r lite. Och vi har enligt den senaste nordiska unders\u00f6kningen de s\u00e4msta matvanorna i Norden. MEN det \u00e4r inte budskapet i boken, \u00e4ven om det \u00e4r en viktig bakgrund. Vi vill inspirera och locka till en h\u00e4lsosammare livsstil och ett b\u00e4ttre liv. Det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. Varje liten f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring har st\u00f6rre effekter \u00e4n vi tror. <\/p>\n<p>Den mest avg\u00f6rande faktorn f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 bra under andra halvan av livet g\u00e5r dock inte att komma ifr\u00e5n, menar Mai-Lis. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Att forts\u00e4tta vara fysiskt aktiv \u00e4r en viktig grundregel. Men \u00e4ven maten \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt viktig.<\/p>\n<div class=\"generic-text-wrapper center\">\n<h4 class=\"generic-text-title\">\n\t\tMai-Lis 5 b\u00e4sta h\u00e4lsotips f\u00f6r dig som \u00e4r 50+\t<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>1. Bryt stillasittandet och underskatta inte vardagsr&ouml;relsen. Gl&ouml;m inte styrketr&auml;ning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. Var inte r&auml;dd f&ouml;r vare sig fett eller kolhydrater, men v&auml;lj klokt. Till exempel grovt br&ouml;d ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r vitt, n&ouml;tter ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r godis, olivolja ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r sm&ouml;r och s&aring; vidare.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>3. Se p&aring; gr&ouml;nsaker som mat och inte tillbeh&ouml;r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>4. Planera in s&ouml;mn, vila och rekreation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>5.
