Hade inga s\u00e5dana problem som ung. Det hela b\u00f6rjade ungef\u00e4r samtidigt som mina menstruationer upph\u00f6rde vid 50 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder. L\u00e5ngsamt har jag lagt p\u00e5 mig 20 kg. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00e4ta r\u00e4tt men jag m\u00e5ste erk\u00e4nna att jag lever ett r\u00e4tt stillasittande liv. K\u00e4nner mig allt tr\u00f6ttare och orkar liksom inte r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 mig.<\/p>\n<p>Beror min viktuppg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 hormonerna? Skulle jag g\u00e5 ner i vikt om jag b\u00f6rjade ta \u00f6strogener?<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Gynekolog Kristina Billberg svarar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Det finns inget som talar f\u00f6r att \u00f6vervikt skull h\u00e4nga samman med de l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5erna av de kvinnliga hormonerna \u00f6strogen och gulkroppshormon man har i klimakteriet. Man g\u00e5r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte ner i vikt av att b\u00f6rja ta hormoner. Den vanligaste orsaken till viktuppg\u00e5ng mitt i livet brukar bero p\u00e5 att man lever ett allt bekv\u00e4mare liv, barnen utflyttade, \u00e4ter gott och lite f\u00f6r mycket, stressar mindre, sitter mer.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker du ska v\u00e4nda dig till din husl\u00e4kare f\u00f6r att utesluta en \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttningsrubbning. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt vanligt med underfunktion av sk\u00f6ldk\u00f6rteln hos kvinnor i din \u00e5lder. \u00c4mnesoms\u00e4ttningen bli d\u00e5 l\u00e5g vilket leder till b\u00e5de tr\u00f6tthet och viktuppg\u00e5ng. Annars finns det tyv\u00e4rr inga genv\u00e4gar. Viktreduktion uppn\u00e5r man genom att \u00e4ta mindre och r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig mer!<\/p>\n<p>Kanske kan nya metoder och dieter stimulera till att komma ig\u00e5ng med viktreduktion men i slut\u00e4ndan m\u00e5ste ditt energiintag balanseras mot den m\u00e4ngd energi du g\u00f6r av med och inte bara under en vecka eller tv\u00e5 utan hela tiden! Gl\u00f6m dock inte att det inte beh\u00f6ver handla om h\u00e5rd tr\u00e4ning utan det r\u00e4cker med promenader. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k t\u00e4nka ut trevliga m\u00e5l att g\u00e5 till. Kanske engagera en eller flera v\u00e4ninnor eller din partner p\u00e5 gemensam promenad varje kv\u00e4ll. Promenera och lyssna samtidigt p\u00e5 talb\u00f6cker eller musik.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6pa tr\u00e4ningskort p\u00e5 Friskis och Svettis och tr\u00e4na n\u00e5gra stycken tillsammans, dusch och umg\u00e4nge i bastun efter\u00e5t kan ju vara en morot! Kanske k\u00f6pa en motionscykel att st\u00e4lla framf\u00f6r din TV. S\u00e4tten \u00e4r m\u00e5nga men bara du sj\u00e4lv kan hitta en form f\u00f6r \u00f6kad aktivitet som h\u00e5ller i l\u00e4ngden f\u00f6r just dig!
