Alla blodproppar har varit djupa. Min fr\u00e5ga \u00e4r, finns det mat som jag inte b\u00f6r\/ska \u00e4ta? Det vore bra att f\u00e5 veta s\u00e5 jag kan undvika viss mat. Jag \u00e4r d\u00e5lig p\u00e5 att \u00e4ta gr\u00f6nsaker men \u00e4ter dessa ibland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag kontrollerar PK-v\u00e4rdet (m\u00e4ter blodets f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att levra sig) p\u00e5 v\u00e5rdcentralen och det ligger bra just nu. Vid l\u00e5ngflygningar har PK-v\u00e4rdet visat sig ligga lite h\u00f6gt men g\u00e5r snabbt ner. Jag \u00e4ter 15 tabletter i veckan som d\u00e5 \u00e4r uppdelade dag f\u00f6r dag. Fyller 65 nu i \u00e5r. K-vitamin hittar man exempelvis i jordgubbar, broccoli, gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor, brysselk\u00e5l, gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, surk\u00e5l, persilja, huvudsallad, sojab\u00f6nor, sparris, spenat, tomat, gr\u00f6na \u00e4rter, avokado och morot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Blodet blir med denna mat allts\u00e5 tjockare och stelnar l\u00e4ttare och d\u00e4rmed \u00f6kar risken f\u00f6r blodpropp. Om man trots vetskapen om detta g\u00e4rna vill \u00e4ta n\u00e5got av dessa produkter, som f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt \u00e4r mycket bra f\u00f6r v\u00e5r h\u00e4lsa, \u00e4r det viktigt att man \u00e4ter dem varje dag s\u00e5 att l\u00e4karen kan ta med det i ber\u00e4kningen n\u00e4r det doseras hur mycket Waran som man regelbundet beh\u00f6ver ta. Man f\u00e5r d\u00e5 h\u00f6ja dosen n\u00e5got om man v\u00e4ljer att \u00e4ta ovan n\u00e4mnda livsmedel varje dag.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ang\u00e5ende LCHF-metoden, som inneb\u00e4r att man \u00e4ndrar kosten s\u00e5 den blir mer fettinneh\u00e5llande i syfte att minska intaget av kolhydrater (sockerproduker) f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt, \u00e4r det inga problem att kombinera med Waran-medicinering.
