Det var i samband med detta som min mens f\u00f6rsvann f\u00f6r gott ocks\u00e5. Jag fick ett tipps p\u00e5 tv om att prova progesteronkr\u00e4m. Jag tar tio milliliter varje dag sedan en och en halv m\u00e5nad enligt f\u00f6reskrift, f\u00f6rst i 25 dagar och sedan uppeh\u00e5ll 5 dagar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag blev \u00f6verlycklig efter 14 dagar \u2013 inga mer vallningar och vaknade endast en g\u00e5ng per natt ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r tre g\u00e5nger. Tyv\u00e4rr har jag nu f\u00e5tt tillbaka vallningarna och s\u00f6mnproblemen. Varf\u00f6r blir det s\u00e5? Ska jag \u00f6ka dosen? Vad kan jag g\u00f6ra? Jag orkar inte mer om jag inte f\u00e5r sova. Jag blir otrevlig mot allt och alla!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Gynekolog Kristina Billberg svarar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Typiska klimakteriebesv\u00e4r som nattliga vallningar, svettningar och d\u00e4rp\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande s\u00f6mnproblem beror p\u00e5 sjunkande niv\u00e5er av \u00f6strogen, inte p\u00e5 sjunkande niv\u00e5er av progesteron som \u00e4r det andra viktiga kvinnliga k\u00f6nshormonet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Progesteronkr\u00e4m finns i Sverige som receptbelagd medicin och anv\u00e4nds i samband med provr\u00f6rsbefruktning. Progesteron har ingen dokumenterad effekt p\u00e5 klimakteriebesv\u00e4r och man f\u00f6rskriver d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte denna kr\u00e4m vid vallningar och svettningar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Progestronkr\u00e4m kan k\u00f6pas via n\u00e4tet fr\u00e5n privata f\u00f6retag och man skriver mycket riktigt p\u00e5 deras hemsidor att den till exempel kan anv\u00e4ndas vid vallningar och svettningar. Man har inte gjort n\u00e5gra studier d\u00e4r man visat att produkten skulle ha effekt p\u00e5 dessa besv\u00e4r. Jag anser att det \u00e4r bortkastade pengar!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dokumenterad effekt p\u00e5 klimakteriebesv\u00e4r har man med \u00f6strogenterapi. Vill man inte anv\u00e4nda \u00f6strogener finns det bevis f\u00f6r att motion, avslappning och akupunktur kan ge viss lindrig av symptomen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Med tanke p\u00e5 att du har s\u00e5 uttalade besv\u00e4r skulle jag vilja rekommendera dig att v\u00e4nda dig till en gynekolog f\u00f6r att diskutera \u00f6strogenbehandling.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag \u00e4r 52 \u00e5r och har haft en graviditet.
