Har man k\u00e4nslig tarm och reagerar p\u00e5 kostfiber s\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e4ttre att \u00e4ta vitt br\u00f6d. Men \u00e4ven h\u00e4r finns inget generellt r\u00e5d att ge. Alla m\u00e4nniskor har inte storlek 42 i skor och alla m\u00e4nniskor kan inte \u00e4ta samma typ av mat \u2013 det \u00e4r inte konstigare \u00e4n s\u00e5. En del t\u00e5l mycket fibrer och en del m\u00e5r inte alls bra av det.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ett vanligt matsm\u00e4ltningsproblem som kan leda till gaser och diarr\u00e9 \u00e4r laktosintolerans.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u2002Ett enkelt s\u00e4tt att testa om du \u00e4r laktosintolerant \u00e4r att dricka en hel liter mj\u00f6lk p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng. Om du m\u00e5r bra efter det d\u00e5 t\u00e5l du absolut mj\u00f6lk.
