Det st\u00e4ndiga stillasittandet har blivit ett stort hot mot folkh\u00e4lsan. Tre av tio svenskar sitter stilla minst \u00e5tta timmar om dagen, enligt en unders\u00f6kning som Statens folkh\u00e4lsoinstitut best\u00e4llt.
