Man kan s\u00e4ga att v\u00e5r b\u00e4ckenbotten \u00e4r v\u00e5rt center och om vi l\u00e4r oss knipa blir sj\u00e4lva knipet som en inneboende kraft i oss, som g\u00f6r att vi str\u00e4cker p\u00e5 oss och f\u00e5r en stoltare och mer sj\u00e4lvs\u00e4ker kroppsh\u00e5llning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Karin \u00e4r certifierad yogal\u00e4rare och det var genom yogan hon uppt\u00e4ckte hur viktigt det \u00e4r med knip\u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u2002N\u00e4r du tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 att knipa st\u00e4rker du automatiskt din rygg och f\u00e5r en plattare mage. Dessutom verkar sj\u00e4lva knipet som en f\u00f6ryngringsprocess. Genom att knipa lyfter du alla inre organ.
