Nu \u00f6kar Livsmedelsverket sin rekommendation f\u00f6r det dagliga intaget av vitaminet som b\u00e5de \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r ett starkt skelett och ett v\u00e4lfungerande immunf\u00f6rsvar. Men i Sverige \u00e4r det m\u00e5nga som inte f\u00e5r i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med D-vitamin p\u00e5 naturlig v\u00e4g \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt under det m\u00f6rka vinterhalv\u00e5ret. D\u00e5 kan kosttillskott vara ett alternativ.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D-vitamin \u00e4r ett fettl\u00f6sligt vitamin som p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5rt v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt. Mest k\u00e4nt \u00e4r det kanske f\u00f6r att det st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret och hj\u00e4lper kroppen att absorbera kalcium, vilket i sin tur bygger upp skelett och t\u00e4nder. Fet fisk som sill, lax och makrill \u00e4r naturligt rik p\u00e5 D-vitamin, medan mindre m\u00e4ngder finns i \u00e4gg och k\u00f6tt. F\u00f6r m\u00f6rkhyade, vegetarianer, \u00e4ldre, extremt feta och gravida som inte \u00e4ter D-vitaminberikad kost \u00e4r risken f\u00f6r D-vitaminbrist generellt sett st\u00f6rre, s\u00e4ger Linda Bakkman.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kosttillskott \u00e4r ett bra alternativ om man vill f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig om att man f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket D-vitamin. F\u00f6r vuxna finns D-vitamin b\u00e5de som separat tillskott och kombinerat med andra vitaminer och mineraler i en tablett eller kapsel.
