Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s den mjuk och glansig i lite olivolja. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen och bryn allt j\u00e4mnt smuligt. Krydda med salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t r\u00f6ran puttra p\u00e5  svag v\u00e4rme ca 15 minuter. Smaka av och r\u00f6r ner hackad persilja. Smaka av.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa ut mj\u00f6let i  mj\u00f6lken i en liten kastrull. L\u00e5t det koka upp till en tjock s\u00e5s under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda under fortsatt omr\u00f6rning ca 3-5 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner uppvispat \u00e4gg.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                F\u00f6rdela k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsr\u00f6ran p\u00e5 de mjuka auberginerna.
