L\u00e5t vattnet koka i l\u00e5ngpannan. L\u00e4gg sedan i steken med sv\u00e5lsidan ned\u00e5t. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 ca 15 minuter i ugnen. Tag upp k\u00f6ttet och torka av det. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen i ugnen till 160\u00b0.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Blanda samman salt, peppar och ingef\u00e4ra. Torka av k\u00f6ttet igen och gnid in det med kryddblandningen, se till s\u00e5 att det kommer kryddor mellan ribborna ocks\u00e5.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 galler \u00f6ver l\u00e5ngpannan med sv\u00e5lsidan upp\u00e5t och ringla \u00f6ver pressad apelsinsaft.  Stick in en k\u00f6tt-termometer i den tjockaste delen av k\u00f6ttet och stek tills termometern visar 75\u00b0 f\u00f6r kotlett och 85\u00b0 f\u00f6r skinkstek, ca 1 1\/2-2 timmar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Sila skyn, m\u00e4t upp den och sp\u00e4d eventuellt med vatten. Sm\u00e4lt matfettet i en kastrull och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r om. Sp\u00e4d med skyn och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ca 5 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden och smaka av med salt, peppar och eventuellt pressad apelsinsaft.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet vila en stund innan det sk\u00e4res upp och serveras tillsammans med kumminpotatis, \u00e4ppelsalsa,
