Stek skivorna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna i lite matolja.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s den mjuk och glansig i lite matfett. Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4rsen och bryn allt j\u00e4mnt smuligt.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tills\u00e4tt pressad vitl\u00f6k, tomatkross, tomatpur\u00e9, salt och peppar. L\u00e5t allt  puttra samman ca 15 minuter under lock. R\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 i f\u00e4rsen. Smaka av.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e4gg mj\u00f6let i en liten kastrull och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lite mj\u00f6lk. Vispa till en sl\u00e4t redning. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6lken och l\u00e5t det koka upp under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka n\u00e5gra minuter under fortsatt omr\u00f6rning. Tag s\u00e5sen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa upp \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r ner dem i s\u00e5sen tillsammans med riven ost. Smaka av med salt, peppar och riven muskotn\u00f6t.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                L\u00e4gg ca 1\/3 av auberginskivorna i en smord eldfast form. L\u00e4gg cirka h\u00e4lften av k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen \u00f6ver och 1\/3 av osts\u00e5sen. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett nytt lager auberginskivor, sedan resten av k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen och 1\/3 av osts\u00e5sen. T\u00e4ck med resterande auberginskivor och bred den sista osts\u00e5sen \u00f6ver.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 40 minuter eller tills l\u00e5dan har fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4ggstanningen har &#8220;stannat&#8221;.
